The Principal reserves the right to grant or refuse admission to any intending student. The right of admission rests with the Principal only.
The Principal can cancel the admission of any student without assigning any reason. In such cases, the fees paid will be refunded as per rules.
General Admission Guidelines
The prescribed admission form and college prospectus can be obtained from the college office.
Students seeking admission must follow these instructions:
a) Fill the admission form completely in your own handwriting. b) Attach a recent passport-size photograph and sign on it. c) Submit the following documents:
Original certificates of the lower examination passed
Character certificate from the last attended institution
Migration and eligibility certificate (if applicable)
Transfer certificate from previous institution
Compartment cases from other boards/universities are not eligible
SC/ST/OBC/Minority students must attach valid certificates along with income and domicile proof.
Scholarships are available as per Government norms.
Admission Process Details
Outstanding players, artists, speakers, and performers may receive due weightage during admission (with proper certificates).
Registration for admission begins immediately after results are declared by respective boards/universities. Seats will be reserved only after fee submission.
Students registered with Punjab School Education Board or Guru Nanak Dev University must mention their registration number in the admission form.
Students placed in compartment may take provisional admission but must clear the subject within the stipulated time.
Students whose results are declared later will not be given provisional admission to the next class.
Late result candidates may apply within 10–15 days without late fee, subject to seat availability.
Admission will not be granted on the basis of confidential result cards.
Provisionally admitted students must submit original documents within 30 days, otherwise admission will be cancelled.
